Once an order is received, it goes through a processing stage including verification, packaging, and handing it over to the carrier.

Order processing timeline:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
  • For Pre-Order, Orders out of stock or in manufacturing pipeline, the delivery may take 10-15 days based on its production stage.

Your order status and tracking information (if available) will be emailed once the order is shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We use reputable carriers (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS) to deliver your orders. The carrier used may vary based on your location, selected shipping method, and package weight.

You may see the following shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic): economical option with estimated delivery timelines
  • Expedited Shipping (Domestic): faster delivery at higher cost
  • International Shipping: delivery outside the United States

3. Domestic Shipping (USA)

Delivery estimates after order dispatch:

  • Standard Shipping: generally 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: generally 1–3 business days

Delivery dates are estimates only; delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather, peak seasons, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and selected service.

4. International Shipping

We ship internationally to most countries.

Delivery estimates after dispatch:

  • International Standard: generally 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing

International shipments may be delayed by customs clearance procedures.
Important: Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their local jurisdiction.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary by:

  • Delivery address
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Shipping method selected at checkout

If no tracking is available for your shipping method, you may still contact us for updates.

8. Delivery Issues

a. Lost or Stolen Items
Once the package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Mimber World is generally not responsible for lost or stolen items. In such cases, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.
However, please reach out to us so we can assist you in filing an inquiry.

b. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, contact customer support within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

9. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery addresses.
Mimber World is not responsible for delays or delivery errors due to incorrect addresses.

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting and will apply to all orders placed after the posting date.
