Returns, Refunds, Cancellations & Exchanges Policy

This policy explains the terms under which you may return products, request refunds, exchange items, or cancel orders. It applies to both domestic and international purchases.

1. General Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange for most items purchased from Mimber World provided that:

  • The return is initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • The item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • You provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email).

Books must be in resaleable condition: no bent pages, markings, water damage, or other signs of use.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following products are generally not eligible for return or refund unless damaged or defective:

  • Digital products or downloads
  • Special edition or pre-order products after shipment
  • Personalized/customized items

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Contact customer support at connect@mimberworld.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Follow the return authorization instructions provided via email.

Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Damaged Items: return shipping costs will be covered by Mimber World.
  • Buyer-initiated returns: the customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless otherwise specified.

Return shipping must be via a traceable service, retain proof of shipment.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
  • Allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise.

6. Exchanges

If you want an exchange (e.g., different title, replacement for damaged item):

  • Indicate this when initiating your return.
  • Exchanges are subject to item availability.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply if the new item’s shipping cost differs.

7. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. To request cancellation, contact us immediately at connect@mimberworld.com

Once the order has shipped, you must follow the return process above.

Refunds for canceled orders processed before shipment will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

8. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A defective item
  • An incorrect item
  • Damaged during shipping

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will provide a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

9. Partial Refunds & Restocking Fees

Mimber World generally does not charge restocking fees.

However, partial refunds may be issued if:

  • Returned items are not in original condition
  • Items are missing parts or packaging

10. Legal Compliance

This policy is provided in good faith and in compliance with standard ecommerce best practices. Some jurisdictions may have additional consumer return rights; those rights are not limited by this policy where required by law.
